黃金果
黃金果的果實主供鮮食,黃熟後果肉呈果凍般的半透明膠質狀,滋味甜美Q滑,惟因果皮富含膠質與鐵質,易受氧化而成褐色,剖開後應儘速食用。若經冷藏後食用,口感更為清涼爽口,另可製成果汁或冰淇淋後食用。
